Audit Senior Associate
- Future Opportunities Experience Level: Mid-Level

Overview The Audit Senior Associate plays a lead role in executing audit engagements, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day engagement activities. This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS
- Perform and review audit procedures, including controls testing, substantive testing, and analytical procedures
- Coordinate daily engagement activities, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
- Review workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and supervise audit associates
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based managers and team members

Skills Required
- Robust organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality client service

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- Nonprofit audit experience is a plus
- CA/CPA preferred but not required
