Legal Associate (GST) (Meerut)

Experience: 1 to 3 years in GST Location: Dehradun and Sector 18, Noida Qualification: LLB / LLM Law graduates with a solid academic background from reputed colleges such as NLU / DU / Symbiosis / GLC / NMIMS or other recognised institutions will be preferred.
- Assist in handling GST litigation matters under the guidance of seniors.
- Draft and prepare replies to notices, submissions, and legal documents.
- Support in preparation of appeals, writ petitions, and other filings under GST laws.
- Conduct legal research on GST provisions, case laws, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in client coordination and follow-ups for ongoing matters.
- Support seniors in preparing briefs for Senior Advocates.
- Assist clients during enquiries, investigations, audits, and assessments.
- Work on multiple client assignments with increasing responsibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels for case management.
- Stay updated with latest developments in GST law and related regulations.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, reconciliation, data handling) will be preferred.
- Be versatile for extended working hours or weekends, if required due to urgent matters.
- Open to occasional travel for matters before authorities, if required. Desired Skills
