We are now looking for a Head of Sales & Gig Operations — a true field builder who has scaled gig workforces at companies like Blinkit, Zomato, Urban Company, Porter, or Uber. This is a leadership role where you will own the entire last-mile execution engine that turns leads into installations. What You Will Own
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing network of gig solar sales executives across Uttar Pradesh and beyond.
- Design smart incentive structures, training programs, and performance systems that drive conversion and quality.
- Ensure every lead is converted with excellence on the ground.
