Job Title: Bartender

Location: Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar – Chandigarh and multiple locations (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Uttarakhand, etc.)

Department: Food & Beverage Service / Bar Operations

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Bar Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for talented and energetic Bartenders to join our team at Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar. The ideal candidate should have excellent mixology skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Maintain stock levels of all bar items and ensure the bar is well-organized at all times. Suggest and create signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus. Ensure guests are served efficiently, courteously, and in compliance with safety and legal standards. Handle cash and billing accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, tools, and glassware. Monitor guest behavior and act responsibly to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold the brand standards of Pyramid in terms of drink quality, presentation, and guest engagement.

Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a premium bar, lounge, or restaurant. Diploma or certification in Bartending / Hotel Management preferred. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers. Robust communication and customer service skills. Presentable appearance with a positive and energetic attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle pressure during peak hours. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
