Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin & Floor Operations Executive who can efficiently manage office administration, floor operations, vendor coordination, employee records, and operational support activities.
The role requires someone who can take ownership of daily office coordination, maintain operational systems and records, supervise cleanliness and maintenance activities, and support smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Office and management team to support daily office operations and coordination
· Oversee end-to-end floor operations including office upkeep, housekeeping, pantry management, hygiene standards, and overall workplace maintenance
· Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the office
· Maintain operational SOPs, cleaning schedules, checklists, and office unit records
· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for seamless office functioning
· Maintain employee records, internal directories, emergency contacts, and key operational documentation
· Handle emergency coordination and ensure quick operational response whenever required
· Track maintenance issues, vendor follow-ups, pending tasks, and overall office efficiency
· Act as a central coordination point for administrative, operational, and facility-related activities within the organization
Requirements Valuable English communication and coordination skills Presentable, qualified, and responsible personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel, Documentation) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle vendors, records, and operational coordination efficiently Proactive attitude with strong follow-up skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
