Mandatory :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Political Science, Sociology, Law, Psychology, Journalism, or Linguistics (equivalent T&S; or policy experience considered)
- 2+ years in content moderation, trust and safety, content policy, or closely related field; proven ability to apply complex policy frameworks across ambiguous content scenarios.

Job Description: As a Content Moderation & Policy Expert Rater, you will evaluate platform content — text, images, video, audio — against trust and safety policies, producing high-quality human judgments that train and calibrate AI moderation systems. You will assess content across harm categories (hate speech, harassment, mis/disinformation, violent extremism, self-harm, policy-violating synthetic content) and evaluate AI moderation decisions for accuracy, bias, and policy alignment. This role demands policy reasoning, cultural literacy, and skilled resilience within Platina’s structured wellbeing framework.

Key Responsibilities

Content Evaluation & Harm Classification
- Review and classify content across harm taxonomies: hate speech, violent extremism, graphic violence, adult content, self-harm, mis/disinformation, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behaviour
