For our laboratory team in Falta, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Analyst.

About the role: In this role, you will support laboratory and production quality activities by performing analyses, monitoring product quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. You will work closely with Operations, Plant Management, and other stakeholders to ensure products meet required specifications and customer expectations. Your expertise and analytical mindset will contribute to maintaining high product quality standards, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring protected and compliant laboratory practices.

You will be responsible for:
- Performing standard analyses of samples from production plants and raw materials received from suppliers.
- Monitoring product quality, analyzing deviations, and reporting findings to Operations.
- Reporting specification deviations and providing recommendations regarding potential process adjustments.
- Conducting analyses of finished products in accordance with standard procedures and quality requirements.
- Executing customer-requested analyses based on provided specifications and established testing methods.
- Identifying trends related to product quality and carrying out additional testing where required.
