Machineshop In-Charge and Manager - Production (Hapur)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Machine Shop Incharge to handle complete machine shop operations including production planning, manpower handling, process monitoring, machine utilization, quality compliance, and productivity improvement. Candidate should have robust exposure in CNC machining, production control, process optimization, and shop floor management in automotive or precision engineering industries. Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day machine shop production activities.
- Ensure achievement of daily/monthly production targets.
- Monitor CNC/VMC machining operations and process flow.
- Manage operators, supervisors, and shop floor manpower.
- Ensure machine utilization and productivity improvement.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Implement process improvements and cost reduction activities.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and process capability.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Handle production planning and line balancing.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Ensure preventive maintenance coordination for machines.
- Troubleshoot production and machining-related issues.
- Support new product development and trial activities. Required Skills
