Job Location: Kharkhoda Job Title Maintenance Shift Incharge (Injection Moulding) Job Role: Attending day-to-day machine breakdowns of the IMM shop, Managing shifts, spares planning&performing preventive/preventive maintenance activities Reporting To: Respective section head Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 8 to 15 Years Job Responsibilities . Attending Day to day machine breakdowns of IMM machines (Moulding machine system, Robots, EOT crane, Lifts, Raw material transfer system). He should be able to fix fault in the above m/cs .He should be able to manage shift . Preventive&predictive maintenance planning&execution . Spare parts planning, . Analysis and preparation of various reports like 5w1H, Monthly, etc. . Knowhow of ISO:9001/14000/45001 system Competencies / Skills 1. Paint mixing/circulating circuit systems 2. Mechanical systems of EOT cranes, Lifts, Transfer system, Robots 3. Mechanical drawings andparts knowledge4. Electrical circuit, Servo system, PLC Programming, CC link, Device Networking, Robot programming 5. Ability to prioritize&deploy resources, coordinate with production
