Job Location: Kharkhoda Plant Job Title: Shift incharge Maintenance (Casting Shop) Job Role: Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime Reporting To: Department head Educational Qualification: B.Tech( Mechanical )/ Diploma (Mechanical)Work Experience (Years): Diploma: 10 to 14 Years B.Tech: 2 to 7 Years Job Responsibilities Maintenance of m/cs and equipment at casting shop consisting of various m/cs like High Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting,Core Shooter, Melting Furnace, Holding Furnace, T6 Furnace, Cooling Tower, Decoding, Gate Cutting, Material Handling Robots, Spray Robots, Shot&Sand Blasting Machines, Sand Conveyor, Impregnation Plant, EOT Cranes, Nitrogen Plant, Vacuum Pumps etc He should be fix fault in above m/cs He should be able to manage shift Spare parts planning, budget preparation&control Preventive maintenance planning&execution, Can use Predictive maintenance tools B/d analysis and countermeasures Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR ,etc Competencies / Skills Thorough knowledge of mechanical assy drawings. He should be able to read blue print drawing and based on this he should be able to open machine sub assemblies.Good knowledge of HPDC, LPDC,&Core Shooter assy, their trouble shooting&fault fixing Good knowledge of Robots mechanical&EOT crane assembly etc. Good knowledge of hydraulic system including various type of pumps, cylinders, solenoids valves, servo valves etc and their maintenance Good knowledge of lubrication system Good knowledge of pneumatics system Abilityto prioritize&deploy resources, coordinate with production&production engineering. Good leadership skill and team motivating skill Analyticalto analyze performance issues both from machines&man Able to impart technical&soft skill training to subordinates.
