Job description Urgent Hiring for Construction Chemical Division -Project&Retail Sales for Meerut Location. Location: Meerut Preferred Candidate - Construction Chemical - Project Sales&Retail Sales Qualification - Any Graduate Roles and Responsibilities Manage retail sales of construction chemicals, including waterproofing solutions, to customers across various industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide technical support for product applications. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and inventory management. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in the construction chemical ( Waterproofing Sales) industry or chemicals industry . B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; Diploma in Chemical also considered. Strong understanding of construction chemicals, particularly waterproofing sales.Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
