Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Sales- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, and references
- Sales
- Assist in generating new leads and business opportunities
- Sales- Present company products/services to customers and explain features and benefits
- Sales
- Support the sales team in closing deals 2. Customer Relationship Management
- Sales -Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Sales- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers for inquiries, quotations, and payments
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required 3. Market & Sales Support
- Collect market information such as customer feedback, competitor activities, and pricing
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM or sales records
- Assist in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns 4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports
- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and follow‑ups
- Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, dispatch, and production (if applicable) Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and willingness to learn sales techniques
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Persuasive and customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel (for field sales roles) Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, or equivalent)
- Diploma holders with strong interest in sales may also apply Experience
- Fresher (0–1 year experience)
- Internship or part‑time sales experience is an added advantage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated
- Sales targets achieved
- Customer follow‑up and conversion rate
- Quality of customer interaction and reporting What We Offer
