Mechanical Design Engineer Meerut

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team working on advanced engineering technologies across composites, technical ceramics, additive manufacturing, high-pressure systems, and custom industrial machinery. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with strong hands-on design and problem-solving capabilities to work on the development of next-generation products, machines, and manufacturing systems. The candidate should be comfortable working on both conceptual and production-level designs for complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and custom machinery components. Create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Work on innovative projects involving: Advanced composites Technical ceramics High-pressure vessels and hydraulic systems Industrial automation and custom manufacturing equipment Additive manufacturing and tooling systems Perform mechanical calculations, tolerance analysis, and design optimization. Coordinate with fabrication, machining, assembly, and production teams. Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement activities. Participate in R&D; activities and contribute innovative engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Solid proficiency in CAD software such as: SolidWorks Fusion 360 Inventor OnShape Good understanding of: Manufacturing processes Sheet metal and machined part design Welding and fabrication Mechanical assemblies and mechanisms Material selection and engineering fundamentals Ability to work independently on rapid-paced development projects. Strong analytical and practical engineering mindset.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with industrial machinery, automation systems, composites, or high-pressure systems. Familiarity with FEA/simulation tools. Hands-on workshop or machine-building experience. Exposure to robotics, CNC systems, or additive manufacturing technologies is a plus.
