We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Administrator remote working to join our team. The role is to work with our Clients based in the UK. The role is to run the day-to-day business process operations and monitor the overall performance and delivery of the processes within set teams. You will be responsible for delivering against all KPIs and SLAs, uplifting team skills and capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and personal development, alongside service delivery to customers, clients, and stakeholders. As you will be dealing with UK clients, high proficiency in English communication in both speaking and writing is essential to this role. Skills and Experience / Requirements: ● A ‘can do’ attitude and solution-focused approach. ● At least 2 years Prior experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Food Industry, BPO, and Order Management will be considered. ● Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM packages ● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. ● Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4nbfhx
