As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for a Analytics Consultant
- Business Intelligence/Reporting. You will be responsible for the successful completion of assigned client implementation project activities of Mitratech’s robust and comprehensive enterprise software. These implementation project activities include configuration of software, testing, and go-live support for client. As a Analytics Analyst, you will work under the direction of the engagement Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Translates report requirements created by the Services Team into efficient data retrieval strategies (SQL queries, stored procedures) to be used by Report Developers.

Participate in report requirement design sessions with clients and internal Skilled Service teams. Meets regularly to get periodic task updates and clarify questions.

Ability to translate customer requests to technical specifications and to code.

Works with Clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems specifically to business intelligence and data retrieval questions.

Create and present designs, solutions, and demos to audiences including the Leadership team.

Technical Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Database skills in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server (required)
