Job Overview : Fitbol Fitness Equipment is looking for a proactive and communication-driven Sales Executive Representative to handle lead generation, follow-ups, client coordination, and networking activities.

The role involves making calls, building relationships, generating leads through social media platforms like LinkedIn, and representing the company as a point of contact (POC) for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and follow up with leads regularly

Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

Build and maintain strong professional networks and client relationships

Coordinate with sales and project teams for client requirements

Handle inquiries and represent the company professionally

Maintain lead records and follow-up updates

Support business development and client conversion activities

Communicate effectively with potential clients and partners

Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in calling, follow-ups, and client interaction

Basic understanding of LinkedIn networking and lead generation

Ability to build relationships and maintain professional communication

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, social media platforms)

Experience 1–3 years preferred in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹,22,000 (Based on experience and communication skills)
