International Call Center Outbound Sales Representative - …, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar

We are hiring high-energy, fast-paced Outbound Sales Representatives who will serve as the first point of contact for our US customers. This role is for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or outbound calling — and who are ready to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Your job is to make a high volume of outbound calls, engage prospects, qualify basic interest, and warm-transfer the call to our Appointment Setting Team. This is not a slow-paced role. You’ll be trained intensively, coached daily, and given the expectation to grow quickly into a top-performing opener. Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects daily.

- Use high-performance scripts, tonality, and objection handling techniques.

- Qualify prospects within the first 30–90 seconds of conversation.

- Warm transfer interested leads to Appointment Setters in real time.

- Maintain consistent calling speed, energy, and professionalism.

- Meet or exceed all KPIs for:

- Call volume

- Qualified transfers

- Talk time

- Conversion percentage

- Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM.

Participate in daily coaching, feedback sessions, and role-plays.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:

- Sales

- Outbound calling

- Telemarketing

- Customer service (inbound/outbound)

- Inside sales

- Strong English communication skills and confidence on the phone.

- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, KPI-heavy setting.

- Thick skin, comfortable handling rejection repeatedly.

- Coachable, disciplined, and willing to apply feedback immediately.

- Ability to multitask and think fast during live calls.
