Finance Executive (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar)

Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in accounting and administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
- Record and manage financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Perform bank reconciliation and handle bank-related activities
- Provide invoicing support and assist in routine accounting tasks
- Manage vendor coordination and general administrative tasks
- Oversee pantry management and office requirements
- Coordinate business travel arrangements (visa processing, flight booking, itineraries, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams, including US-based communication (voice calls) Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in flexible / evening shifts
- Must be willing to build a long-term career in the Tricity area Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting
