- 3:30am IST) Weekly Offs: Saturdays/Sundays fixed off & US Holiday Calendar applicable Working Days: 5 Days Working Company: Biorev LLC Website: (US-based 3D Rendering Company offering services in 3D Product Rendering, 3D Exterior Rendering, 3D Interior Rendering, and 3D Architectural Rendering and are named amongst the top 3D rendering companies in the USA) Position Summary Biorev Studios is looking for a motivated and responsible Client Success Executive – Project Management who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for freshers OR candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Project Management who want to build a career in project coordination, client success, and operations management. The selected candidate will work closely with 3D visualization artists, internal QC teams, and project managers to help coordinate projects, maintain communication, and ensure smooth project execution for international clients. We value attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn more than degrees or past experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Intake & Preparation
- Review project files and understand project requirements.
- Identify deliverables and expected outcomes.
- Assist in preparing basic project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure project information is organized and ready for execution. 2. Project Coordination
- Assign tasks to internal 3D visualization artists based on project needs.
- Ensure team members clearly understand project instructions.
- Track project progress and maintain regular communication with team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving on schedule. 3. Quality Checks & Feedback Coordination
- Conduct basic internal checks before sharing work with clients.
- Document feedback from clients and internal teams.
- Ensure feedback is clearly communicated to artists for revisions.
- Help reduce unnecessary revision cycles through clear instructions. 4. Project Delivery & Closure
- Assist in sharing finalized deliverables with clients after approvals.
- Ensure files are properly stored and backed up.
- Maintain proper project records and completion status. 5. Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain project records, updates, and status reports.
- Track turnaround time (TAT) and progress across projects.
- Keep project documentation organized for future reference. 6. Reporting & Escalation
- Monitor project timelines and highlight delays or risks.
- Report progress updates to the Client Success Manager.
- Escalate issues when timelines, quality, or scope may be affected. Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are welcome)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Location Requirement: Preferably a local candidate from Tricity
- Solid willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
