Job Description Open Positions
- 2 Positions – Fresher to 1-3Years Experience
- 1 Position – Senior Telecaller / Trainer (3–6 Years Experience) Responsibilities
- Contact and onboard vendors onto the Apni Kheti e-commerce platform.
- Explain platform benefits and guide vendors through the registration process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build solid vendor relationships.
- Collect product catalogues, images, pricing, and product details from vendors.
- Update and manage product listings accurately on the backend system.
- Handle and manage e-commerce orders, customer queries, and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage returns, refunds, and customer concerns professionally.
- Create and manage product coupons, promotional offers, and basic product ads.
- Prepare telecalling scripts, SOPs, and calling processes for smooth operations.
- Maintain call records, follow-up data, and reporting sheets.
- Ensure proper customer and vendor communication standards are followed.
- Conduct approximately 100 calls per day. Additional Responsibility for Senior Telecaller / Trainer
- Train and guide junior telecallers on communication, objection handling, and vendor onboarding.
- Develop calling workflows and improve telecalling processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support. Required Skills
- 1–3 years experience for Junior Telecaller roles.
- 3–6 years experience for Senior Telecaller / Trainer role.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi are mandatory.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- E-commerce or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare scripts, SOPs, and calling processes.
- Basic computer and backend handling knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently. Benefits:
