Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our 9-to-6 team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with distributors/chemists, and driving sales growth for our pharmaceutical range. Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors, stockists, and retail chemists in assigned territories.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high service standards and repeat orders.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and field visits.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on market trends, competitor activity, and sales progress.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and USPs of our product range (including pain relief and Ayurvedic solutions). Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), or Business (BBA/MBA).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Pharma sales or FMCG is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing power, and excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting apps. Perks
