UI/UX Designer SaaS (Mohali)

We are looking for a passionate and creative 'UI/UX Designer SaaS' to join our team. This role involves working on current product designs from scratch (0→1) as well as enhancing and upgrading existing applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the complete design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and usability improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for new applications from the ground up
- someone who designs web apps.
- Improve and redesign existing product interfaces for better usability and performance
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
- Maintain and evolve design systems and consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in a remote setup
- Ensure designs are responsive and aligned with modern UI/UX standards Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
- We are looking for candidates with more than 3 years of work experience.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience in designing SaaS products or dashboards
- Ability to design both web and responsive interfaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work AI & Modern Tools
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Galileo AI, etc.)
- Ability to leverage AI tools for faster ideation, prototyping, and design improvements
- Understanding of how AI impacts user experience in modern applications Additional Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS) for better developer handoff
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions Soft Skills
