UI/UX Designer (Mohali)

About the Role We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create functional, beautiful designs that improve usability and engagement. You’ll own the design process end-to-end and help evolve our visual identity across client projects and internal platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead user experience and interface design for internal tools and client-facing applications.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to ground decisions in user behavior.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Translate product and business requirements into intuitive user flows and visual designs.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and responsively.
- Maintain and evolve our design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to propose, test, and validate innovative UX solutions. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or platform-based applications.
- Solid command of Figma , with experience in building component libraries and design systems.
- Proficiency in visual design tools and familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools.
- Experience conducting user research and transforming insights into product improvements.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/Java Script).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for user-centered design. Nice to Have
- Experience working with global teams in agile development environments.
- Understanding of conversational UI or AI-driven interfaces.
