Were Hiring Sr Operations Manager (Logistic) Role Purpose The Operations Manager US Outbound Sales (Logistics) is responsible for driving revenue, team performance, and operational excellence across outbound sales teams catering to the US logistics market. This role ensures high conversion, compliance adherence, and process efficiency while managing teams handling freight services, dispatch coordination, and logistics sales. Core Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Sales Performance Management
- Own revenue targets for outbound sales campaigns
- Drive conversion, revenue per agent, and pipeline growth
- Monitor key sales KPIs:
- Contact rate
- Conversion rate
- Revenue per lead
- Identify and fix conversion leakages 2. Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage Team Leaders and frontline sales agents
- Handle span of 80–150+ associates (through TLs)
- Set transparent KRAs/KPIs for teams
- Drive performance culture and accountability
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews 3. Process & Operations Management
- Ensure smooth execution of outbound logistics sales campaigns
- Manage dialer performance, lead allocation, and calling efficiency
- Optimize call flows, scripts, and sales pitch
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and process guidelines 4. Logistics Domain Oversight
- Ensure teams understand:
- Freight services (FTL/LTL)
- Truck dispatch processes
- Carrier-broker communication
- Load booking & negotiation
- Drive domain knowledge improvement for better sales effectiveness 5. Compliance & Risk Management (US Market)
- Ensure adherence to:
- TCPA regulations
- DNC (Do Not Call) compliance
- Proper disclosures and call practices
- Maintain zero tolerance for compliance violations 6. Quality & Conversion Improvement
- Work closely with QA & Training teams
- Improve
- Call quality
- Objection handling
- Rebuttals and closing techniques
- Ensure quality directly impacts revenue, not just scores 7. Coaching & Capability Building
- Drive coaching frameworks for TLs and agents
- Conduct call listening sessions and live interventions
- Identify skill gaps and implement training plans 8. MIS, Reporting & Analytics
- Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards
- Analyze
- Funnel drop-offs

- Campaign performance
- Present insights to senior leadership 9. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as POC for clients (if client-facing role)
