Role & responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and process upskilling programs.
- Identify training needs (TNI/TNA) and implement effective learning interventions.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to drive performance improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO.
- Experience in Voice and/or Chat processes preferred.
- Robust understanding of Attrition, Shrinkage, TNI/TNA, SOPs, Reports, and SLA management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment.
