We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic (Designation Name), Purpose of the position Stewards / Service Associates responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a positive dining experience.Key Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with seating as per service standards Take food and beverage orders accurately and punch orders in POS Serve food and beverages promptly and as per presentation standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth service flowFollow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times Assist in closing duties, side work, and outlet readiness Impact Of The Role Directly impacts guest satisfaction and service quality Supports efficient restaurant operations and table turnover Maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and brand imageEnhances overall dining experience through courteous service Key Skills And Competencies Basic food&beverage service knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team environment Time management and multitasking ability Physical stamina for long working hours Educational / Professional Qualification 10+2 / Graduate (Hotel Management Diploma preferred but not mandatory)Work Experience 0–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service (Freshers can be considered) Competencies Required Customer Service Orientation Teamwork&Cooperation Discipline&Punctuality Hygiene&Safety Awareness Stress Tolerance
