Job Summary: As a Site Senior Learning Experience Manager at TaskUs, you'll be the driving force behind our training programs and initiatives across your assigned site. Your mission is to deliver impactful and innovative training that empowers teammates and leaders alike to reach their full potential. You'll lead the charge in crafting learning experiences that are not only technically robust but also deeply engaging and aligned with both campaign-specific goals and TaskUs' broader business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of site-wide and campaign-specific training initiatives. Manage and mentor Training Managers and Supervisors , ensuring alignment with TaskUs standards and goals. Represent the Learning Experience team in all site initiatives and cross-functional collaborations.Develop and maintain curriculum for Team Leaders and Teammates , including onboarding, upskilling, and leadership training programs. Create dynamic and tailored product training materials that are both technically sound and engaging. Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure training content supports campaign success and performance objectives.Establish and maintain documentation of all training materials, policies, and procedures. Lead the development of a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives and learning milestones. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.Identify training gaps and proactively develop programs to close them. Design and implement new testing tools, training systems, and learning methodologies to ensure the highest quality standards. Support multiple teams across different campaigns within the site, ensuring consistent training quality and alignment.Qualifications&Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a call center environment, specializing in Product Training . Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional training teams across multiple programs. Strong background in curriculum development, learning strategies , and instructional design.Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of completing projects independently and efficiently. Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills . Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to adapt and tailor training approaches based on audience needs and campaign dynamics.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
