Urgent opening for Accounts & Finance in Corporate Office @ Mohali Key Responsibilities: ï‚· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as the bank transactions and vendor payments. ï‚· Responsible for Bank reconciliation and processing invoices. ï‚· Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. ï‚· Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. ï‚· Research and analyze financial reports. ï‚· Create client invoices on an ongoing basis. ï‚· Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. ï‚· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes. ï‚· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. ï‚· Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company€™s actual performance compared to the business plans. ï‚· Must have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS & GST returns. Qualifications & Skills: ï‚· Bachelor€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CFA will be an added advantage ï‚· 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting role ï‚· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations ï‚· Understanding of data privacy standards ï‚· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel ï‚· Robust communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration ï‚· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience 1
