Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Skills Trainer to join our team in office in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Skills

Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions, assisting participants in the development of life skills, soft skills, and professional capabilities.

Responsibilities include designing customized training programs, preparing presentation materials, facilitating workshops, and offering individual support to trainees to ensure they achieve their development goals. The role emphasizes creating a positive and interactive learning environment that fosters communication, collaboration, and confidence building.
