The role includes operating purification equipment and ensuring product quality in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards<\/b>.<\/span> <\/p> Key Responsibilities<\/b> <\/p> Downstream Processing (DSP)<\/b> <\/p>
• <\/span>Perform protein purification of biosimilars, recombinant proteins, and plasma -derived proteins. <\/p>
• <\/span>Operate and maintain: <\/p> o <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Chromatography systems (AEX, CEX, Affinity, SEC, HIC)<\/span> <\/p> o <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) systems<\/span> <\/p>
• <\/span>Execute CIP & SIP procedures for DSP equipment. <\/p>
• <\/span>Work efficiently with automation tools: <\/p> o <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Unicorn (Chromatography software)<\/span> <\/p> o <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> SCADA / DCS<\/span> <\/p> o <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> CCPS<\/span> <\/p>
• <\/span>Document batch processes, deviations, and change controls. <\/p>
• <\/span>Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. <\/p> <\/div> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3> Skills & Competencies<\/b> <\/p>
- Basic understanding of DSP bioprocess operations (training provided). <\/li>
- Interest in working in a GMP -regulated manufacturing environment. <\/li>
- Robust learning capability and willingness to work hands‑on. <\/li>
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. <\/li> <\/ul> Qualifications<\/b> <\/p>
- M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology. <\/div> OR <\/div> <\/li>
- B.E / B.Tech in Biotechnology
