Senior Manager - Training & Development (Kolar)

Role & responsibilities To drive end-to-end learning and development initiatives, ensuring effective training delivery, employee skill development, and 100% audit compliance across the organization. Training Needs Analysis
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads and QMS team
- Manage and track training programs using LMS (Moodle) Training Planning & Execution
- Create and manage training calendar (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure timely completion of training programs
- Prepare and deliver technical training content
- Support setup and maintenance of training center Competency & Skill Development
- Conduct skill gap analysis and competency mapping
- Maintain and update skill matrix
- Drive multi-skilling initiatives and on-the-job training (OJT) Audit & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to audit requirements (QMS / internal audits)
- Maintain training documentation and ensure zero non-conformities (NCs) Employee Qualification
- Support employee certification and qualification processes
- Ensure process compliance through trained workforce Training Effectiveness & Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness and ROI
- Follow up with trainees to evaluate impact
- Continuously improve training programs Education
- BE (Mechanical / Aeronautical) OR Diploma (Mechanical) Experience
- 18-20 years of experience in Training & Development
- Preferably from Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Aerospace industries Location Narsapur, Karnataka Working Relationships
