Sales Executive – Painting Services (Kolar)

Job Responsibilities
- Identify walk-in customers at stores and convert them into painting business opportunities.
- Visit customer homes for consultation and support customers in product and shade selection.
- Share quotations and explain painting service details to customers.
- Coordinate with painting contractors and schedule work completion.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain valuable customer satisfaction/NPS.
- Handle field sales activities and customer follow-ups. Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com preferred)
- Age below 25 years
- Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- No education gap
- Bike and valid two-wheeler license are mandatory
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales work
- English & Kannada mandatory (Hindi manageable)
- IT, Computer Application, and Software background candidates are not preferred Salary & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: ₹22,840/- (Non-Metro)
- Gross Salary: ₹26,870/- (Metro)
