Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Production Operator located in Kolar. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities also include following standard operating procedures, assisting in troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines. The role requires teamwork and collaboration to meet daily production targets efficiently.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining production machinery

Understanding of manufacturing processes, including quality control and safety standards

Robust organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues

Eagerness to learn and adapt to current production technologies

Effective team collaboration and communication skills

Previous experience in nutraceutical, herbaceutical, or healthcare product manufacturing is preferred
