Filed Sales Executive (Mulbagal)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Report on results & insights
- Meet sales targets
- Manage customer relationships
- Conduct field sales activities
- Handle daily operations of microfinance center/branch.
- Manage group loan activities and field staff.
- Conduct center meetings with customers.
- Monitor loan disbursement and collection process.
- Ensure timely repayment and recovery of loans.
- Maintain customer relationship and solve customer issues.
- Verify customer documents and field information.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Train and guide Loan Officers / Group Loan Officers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
- Develop new customer groups in assigned villages/areas.
- Monitor portfolio quality and reduce overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager for operational activities.
- Experience in team handling and customer management.
- Robust knowledge of loan collection and recovery process.
- Ability to work in field and rural areas.
- Target-oriented and result-driven personality.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, email).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to handle center meetings and customer verification.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible candidate preferred.
