- Training
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff shifts, accommodating absences and arranging replacements when necessary.
- Task Assignment: Allocate specific floors, sections, or rooms to housekeepers and outline daily duties.
- Training &
- Development: Orient new hires and conduct refresher training on sanitation policies, chemical use, and safety protocols.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the productivity and work quality of staff, offering constructive feedback and recognizing positive performance
- 2. Quality Control &
- Inspection
- Room Inspections: Conduct random checks of guest rooms and common areas to ensure prescribed cleanliness and aesthetic standards are met (e.g., checking for dust, wrinkles, and proper lighting).
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, mold) and initiate repair requests with the maintenance department.
- Health &
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the team complies with all health codes, sanitation regulations, and workplace safety policies.

- Inventory
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, linens, and amenities, and place orders to replenish supplies. 1. Guest Services
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services or room conditions.
- Special Requests: Assist guests by fulfilling special requests for extra amenities (e.g., towels, pillows, room transfers) in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain documentation on daily activities, employee attendance, lost-and-found items, and completed inspections. -
