Description
- Section Management: Takes complete charge of a specific culinary area (e.g., saucier for sauces, poissonnier for fish, or pâtissier for pastry).
- Mise en Place: Prepares all necessary ingredients and station setups prior to busy service hours.
- Cooking & Plating: Prepares and plates dishes according to the Head Chef's exact recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervision: Trains and guides junior staff, such as Commis chefs or Demi-chefs de Partie.
- Inventory Control: Monitors ingredient stock levels for their section, ordering or requesting supplies to prevent shortages.
- Hygiene & Safety: Enforces strict food safety standards and keeps their designated workspace meticulously clean. Pay: ₹20,000.00
