: F&B; Associate Location: Koviloor Resort, Vattavada, Munnar Position: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years in Food & Beverage, preferably in a three/four star resort/hotel Reports To: F&B; Manager Role Overview The F&B; Associate is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders, deliver items to tables, and address guest inquiries.
- Setup & Cleanliness: Set up and explicit dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Coordination: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Compliance: Adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort or hotel.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
