We are seeking a physically fit and dependable Loading and Material Handling Specialist to join our warehouse team. You will safely move, load, and organize inventory to keep our operations running smoothly. Job Overview
- Role: Material Handler / Loader
- Position Type: Full time / Shift Work
- Location: Warehouse / Distribution Centre
- Experience: 0–1 year (Entry Level) Key Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Move freight manually or using equipment from delivery trucks.
- Material Movement: Transport raw materials and finished goods across the facility.
- Order Picking: Gather warehouse items using pick sheets or digital scanners.
- Stock Sorting: Stack, wrap, and label pallets according to storage guidelines.
- Safety Auditing: Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately. Required Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and stand for long periods.
- Equipment Operations: Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or trolleys.
- Spatial Awareness: Skill in loading vehicles tightly and safely to prevent shifting.
- Team Collaboration: Communication skills to coordinate pacing with other loaders.
- Safety Focus: Strict adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Forklift certification is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
