Key Responsibilities

Data Input: Type alphanumeric data into spreadsheets and databases. Content Posting: Upload text, images, and listings to digital platforms. Data Verification: Review source documents to correct errors and formatting. System Maintenance: Update, organize, and back up digital files regularly. Quality Control: Ensure all published online posts meet company standards.

Required Skills

Typing Speed: Minimum 20 words per minute with high accuracy. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Web Literacy: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or job boards. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in large datasets quickly. Time Management: Capacity to meet strict posting and data deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (for work from home). Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.
