Safety Officer/ Junior Executive - Roha

Role & responsibilities (Male Candidate Preferred)
- Daily plant safety inspection and unsafe condition monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Maharashtra Factory Rules, and EHS statutory requirements.
- Permit to Work (PTW) monitoring for hot work, height work, confined space, electrical work, line breaking, etc.
- Monitor contractor safety activities and PPE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training.
- Investigation of incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and preparation of CAPA reports.
- Emergency preparedness and mock drill coordination.
- Fire fighting equipment inspection and monitoring.
- Ensure protected handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Maintain safety records, checklists, permits, and compliance documents.
- Monitor work at height, lifting activities, and machine safety compliance.
- Coordinate with departments for corrective and preventive actions.
- Safety patrolling during shift operations.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards across the plant.
- Support during audits by MPCB, DISH, Fire Department, ISO, and customers.
- Monitoring of emergency exits, hydrant systems, detectors, alarms, and safety systems.
