As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our travel company. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing operational strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and coordinating with various departments to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Effective email management and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and manage travel bookings, reservations, and cancellations.
• Assist in coordinating travel itineraries and ensuring timely execution of activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
