- Should provide technical support for both hardware and software issues to ourusers/employees encounter specifically systems and laptop.
- Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability activity.
- Create, verify and monitor backups of data.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
- Review application logs.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality.
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protectionsoftware and other processes.
- Install and test computer-related equipment Prepare & submit periodic reports & MIS.
