Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Web Designer to join our team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. As a Graphic Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, logos, banners, and social media graphics. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Web Designer
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong portfolio showcasing website designs, logos, banners, and social media graphics
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, logos, banners, and social media graphics
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of design concepts
• Perform user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions
