Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt Ltd. (Bangalore office) As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design, installation, and commissioning of rice milling and silo systems. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination and engineering. The role is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination and engineering
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of layout design principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of rice milling and silo system projects, from design to commissioning
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure project success
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports
• Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner
