DATE : 01-02-2023 Position: Senior Architect Reporting Manager: Executive Director Location: Bangalore We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading a variety of projects, including individual villas, residential and commercial interiors, and medium-scale apartment and commercial spaces, up to 1.0 lac Sq.ft. This individual will manage a team of four Project Architects and be responsible for overseeing approximately 12 projects concurrently. Job Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and sustainability. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of four Project Architects, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that project objectives are met. Project Planning: Develop project plans, review weekly schedules of project architect, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed within the established timelines and financial parameters. Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design solutions that align with client requirements and project goals. Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest quality of work in every project. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, both human and material, to maximize project outcomes. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver project presentations to clients, conveying design concepts and progress updates effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Architectural licensure or certification preferred. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
