Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Front End Development:

3. Team Coordination and Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with back end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless and user-centric solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.

4. Training and Mentorship:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior front end developers.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on the latest front end technologies and best practices.

5. Escalation Management:

• Handle minor escalations and provide solutions to front end-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on progress.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front end technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Front End Developer or similar role in a startup or product-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (all versions), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front end build and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train junior developers.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
