- Texpark 9am to 8pm The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a textile manufacturing unit, ensuring productive production, quality control, cost management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Plan, organize, and control textile production processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, or garmenting).
- Maintain product quality standards as per customer and industry requirements.
- Oversee machinery maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Lead and supervise supervisors, engineers, and workers.
- Optimize inventory levels to reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field
- MBA (Operations) is an advantage
