System Administrator (Karur)

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong System Administrator<\/b> to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security operations. <\/p> If you have hands -on experience in server management, networking, troubleshooting, and system maintenance<\/b>, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable manufacturing environment <\/p> Key Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/span> <\/h3> <\/p> â Manage and maintain servers, systems & network infrastructure<\/b> <\/div> â Install, configure & troubleshoot hardware, software & operating systems <\/div> â Monitor system performance, backups & security updates <\/div> â Handle user access, email configuration & IT support requests <\/div> â Ensure network security, firewall & antivirus management <\/div> â Support ERP systems, printers & office IT infrastructure <\/div> â Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software maintenance <\/div> â Maintain IT documentation and system reports <\/div> <\/p> <\/div> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux Server Administration<\/b> <\/li>
- Networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall<\/b>) <\/li>
- Experience in hardware & software troubleshooting <\/li>
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & backup systems<\/b> <\/li>
- ERP / manufacturing software support experience preferred <\/li>
- Cybersecurity & data protection awareness <\/li>
- Good problem -solving and communication skills <\/li> <\/div> Preferred Qualifications:<\/b> <\/span> <\/h3>
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / Graduate -IT <\/li>
- Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, RHCE<\/b> are an added advantage <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> <\/span>
