Export Documentation Executive - Karur

We are seeking a detail -oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive<\/b> to manage end -to -end export documentation and coordinate international shipments for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in export procedures, shipping documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations. <\/div> <\/div> Key Responsibilities <\/h3>
- Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, etc. <\/p> <\/li>
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and bank -related export procedures <\/p> <\/li>
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines <\/p> <\/li>
- Ensure timely customs clearance and shipment dispatch <\/p> <\/li>
- Monitor export schedules and shipment tracking <\/p> <\/li>
- Maintain export documentation records and MIS reports <\/p> <\/li>
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and international trade regulations <\/p> <\/li>
- Follow up on export payments and documentation discrepancies <\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
- Strong knowledge of export documentation & shipping process <\/p> <\/li>
- Understanding of INCOTERMS <\/p> <\/li>
- Experience in LC, DA, DP documentation <\/p> <\/li>
- Coordination with customs & freight agents <\/p> <\/li>
- ERP knowledge preferred <\/p> <\/li>
- Positive communication & follow -up skills <\/p> <\/li>
- Proficiency in MS Excel <\/p> <\/li> <\/div> <\/span>
