Quality Manager (Karur)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations for our home furnishings (made-ups) export business. The role involves ensuring end-to-end product quality, managing QC teams, and maintaining international standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QCs
- Ensure complete quality assurance across all production stages
- Conduct and oversee final inspections and documentation
- Maintain and analyze MIS reports related to quality
- Implement and monitor quality systems, standards, and compliance Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in home textiles / made-ups export quality
- Solid knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and buyer requirements
- Proven team management and problem-solving skills Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits:
